What is it about? We invite you to share our passion for chocolate through a unique experience. Whether with friends, colleagues, or a group, we offer the opportunity to enjoy a special moment — a sensory journey through flavors and aromas to discover and fall even more in love with the world of chocolate in Argentine Patagonia. Our chocolates are handcrafted using Belgian recipes, without preservatives or artificial flavors. At Chocolaterie, we are creators of unique flavors, using the finest natural ingredients that Patagonia has to offer. The Experience 1. Welcome to the World of Chocolate We explore the cacao fruit, its producing regions, and sustainable farming methods. We taste origin chocolates and discover how their aromas and flavors change depending on where the cacao is grown. We sample varietals from Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, exploring their unique characteristics. This is a sensory journey where each chocolate invites us to feel, compare, and note the different sensations it awakens in the mouth. We learn to savor chocolate with all five senses and discover how one single ingredient can transform into a thousand different experiences. 2. Connecting the World with Patagonia From the roots of cacao to the heart of Bariloche, Argentina’s national chocolate capital. We taste bonbons with Patagonian flavors such as rosehip, wild berries, and lavender. We learn to recognize complex, high-quality bonbons. 3. Gourmet Tasting of Spiced Chocolates Spices awaken the senses and transform flavor. When combined with our dark, milk, and white chocolates, they reveal surprising new notes. We invite you to discover new sensations through a tasting featuring six different spices, each enhancing the personality of every chocolate variety. 🎁 What’s included in the experience? - Guided tasting throughout the entire activity - Informational material for each participant Please note: The activity includes a 5-minute waiting period before we begin. We understand unexpected things can happen, but to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for the group, we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to help us start on time. After a 10-minute grace period, we will not be able to admit new participants. This experience is designed to be enjoyed in a carefully curated setting. We recommend dressing appropriately for the occasion so that everything aligns with the spirit of the event and you feel fully comfortable.
